If you’re interested in some of the major events that occurred at Stanford this past year, here’s a round-up. Highlights include major speakers ranging from Colin Powell and Pervez Musharraf to Yoko Ono, a multitude of Stanford professors being appointed to positions with the AAAS, the other AAAS, the IOM, and a variety of other acronyms organizations, and a number of new buildings and programs were completed or endowed. Here’s to another year like that (only hold the 27 percent drop in the endowment, thanks!)!
