Now it’s not. About midway through the Daily Editorial Board’s standard “turn out to vote” editorial, the piece turns partisan with a one sentence defense of the “success” of the Obama presidency and generic ranting about Republicans.
But the highlight has to be where they suggest that a vote for Republicans could risk an overturn of the Civil Rights Act:
Candidates have lied about their college degrees, objected to the passage of the Civil Rights Act and called for the closure of the Departments of Energy and Education. If elected, who knows if they will indeed act upon these claims?
